This program goes beyond symptom relief. Each phase of care combines hands-on treatment, movement assessment, strength training, and progressive return-to-activity planning. The goal isn’t just to feel better — it’s to address the movement patterns and strength deficits that contributed to the issue in the first place so you can move forward stronger than before.

Recovery and return to activity happen through consistency and progression. Care is organized into structured training blocks to build strength and confidence over time.
Initial Evaluation & Treatment:
Your first visit includes a comprehensive movement assessment, treatment, and development of your individualized recovery plan.
8-Session Rehab & Performance Block:
A focused recovery phase for addressing pain, restoring movement, and rebuilding strength.
12-Session Rehab & Performance Block:
A longer progression for more complex injuries or full return-to-sport preparation.
Single Follow-Up Visit:
For tune-ups, minor flare-ups, or check-ins after completing a program.
