Michele is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Running Coach, and Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Specialist. She blends these skill sets to create individualized, performance-driven plans that help athletes and active individuals move better, train smarter, and stay active long term.

Growing up in Goffstown, New Hampshire, Michele competed in both soccer and track while also playing competitive club soccer with Seacoast United Soccer Club. Her athletic accomplishments led to her induction into the Goffstown High School Hall of Fame. She went on to compete as a Division I NCAA student-athlete at Siena College in Loudonville, New York, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Health Studies. As a member of the Siena Women’s Soccer team for all four years, Michele was part of the 2015 MAAC Championship team, earned First Team All-Conference honors in 2016 and 2017, and was named Team Captain in 2017.

After college, Michele attended the Franklin Pierce University Doctor of Physical Therapy program, graduating in 2021. She was inducted into the National Physical Therapy Student Honor Society in recognition of her academic performance. During this time, she transitioned her competitive mindset into long-distance running and has since raced distances ranging from the 5K to the marathon. In May 2024, she qualified for the Boston Marathon with a time of 3:27:25.

Michele spent her first three years as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting, where her passion for working with athletes truly took shape. She founded Front Runner Performance LLC as an out-of-network practice to provide a higher level of individualized, proactive care — bridging the gap between rehabilitation, strength training, and sport-specific performance.

In March 2025, Michele became a first-time mom. Experiencing pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum recovery firsthand — while continuing to train — deepened her clinical perspective and led her to pursue advanced education and certification in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. She now works closely with pregnant and postpartum women who want to stay strong during pregnancy, prepare their bodies for labor, and confidently return to running, strength training, and sport following delivery.

Across all populations, Michele’s approach remains the same: build capacity, educate clients, and support long-term performance.
