Pregnancy and postpartum are times of major physical change — but they don’t have to mean stepping away from strength, movement, or performance. Pregnancy & Postpartum Performance Care is designed to help active women stay strong during pregnancy and rebuild confidence as they return to exercise and sport after birth.
This program combines physical therapy expertise, strength training, and movement education to support your body through each phase. Care adapts as your needs change, whether you’re modifying training during pregnancy, preparing for labor, or progressing back to higher-impact activity postpartum.

Support is tailored to your specific stage and symptoms, and may include:
Strength training adapted for pregnancy or postpartum recovery
Core and pelvic control
Breathing and pressure management strategies
Hip and full-body strength to support daily and athletic demands
Gradual return-to-impact progressions (such as running or jumping)
Education so you understand what’s safe and how to progress confidently
The focus is on helping you feel capable and resilient in your body — not just “cleared” to exercise.

Because the body’s needs change throughout pregnancy and postpartum, support is offered through a flexible monthly membership model. This allows care and programming to adjust as your symptoms, energy levels, and goals evolve.
Level 1 – Full Support:
Best for women who want consistent in-person guidance throughout pregnancy or early postpartum recovery. Includes up to 4 in-person performance PT and strength sessions per month, along with individualized programming and support between visits.
Level 2 – Hybrid Support:
A balance of in-person guidance and independent training. Includes 2 in-person performance PT and strength sessions per month, plus personalized monthly programming and check-in support.
Level 3 – Guided Support:
For women who are mostly independent but want professional oversight. Includes 1 in-person performance PT session per month, along with monthly programming guidance and limited check-in support.
