Distance Runner Support
An ongoing support program designed to help runners stay healthy, build strength, and improve performance throughout their training.
Training for a race shouldn’t mean constantly managing aches and setbacks. The Distance Runner Support Program is designed to help runners stay healthy, train consistently, and build performance through every phase of a training cycle.
This program combines physical therapy expertise, strength training, movement assessment, and run-specific guidance to support your body while mileage and intensity increase. Instead of waiting until something hurts, care is built into your training so you can stay ahead of small issues and build long-term resilience.
-
Runners training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon
Runners increasing mileage or intensity
Athletes with a history of running-related injuries
Runners returning after time off or previous injury
Runners who want to improve performance while staying healthy
Whether you’re chasing a new PR or simply want to run consistently without setbacks, this program supports your goals.
-
Support is individualized to your training cycle, injury history, and goals. Sessions may include:
Strength training to support running demands
Movement assessment and form considerations
Addressing mobility restrictions that affect stride mechanics
Load management strategies as mileage increases
Early intervention for small aches before they become bigger issues
Education so you understand how your body responds to training
The focus is on building capacity so your body can handle the work required to reach your goals.

Because training cycles change month to month, support is offered through a flexible monthly membership model. This allows care and training guidance to evolve as your mileage and goals shift. All programs include an initial running gait analysis — whether in-person or remote.
