Each program is individualized and begins with a movement assessment to guide your plan.

  • Start by submitting the contact form to share your goals and background. From there, we’ll determine the best program and schedule your first session. If you’re still unsure, we can schedule a consultation call to answer further questions and see if we are a right fit for each other.

Your initial visit includes a movement assessment and personalized plan to support your recovery and performance goals.

  • Care is one-on-one and all sessions are 60 minutes. I intentionally maintain a low volume clinic — allowing me to provide a highly personalized and thorough approach with each of my clients.

  • Front Runner Performance is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows for longer, individualized sessions and a performance-focused approach that supports both recovery and long-term performance. Payment is due at the time of service, and upon request, a superbill can be provided following treatment for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
